The LAFFI E-COAT Ultrafiltration System line was developed with membrane separation technology, and is responsible for forcing the passage of a fluid flow over the surface of a membrane.

This technology is used by a family of processes: Reverse Osmosis, Nanofiltration, Ultrafiltration and Microfiltration.

During the e-coat painting process, the excess paint, which does not adhere to the piece, is removed in the next stage by rinsing.

UF membrane systems are used in electroplating paints to maximize paint recovery, generating ultrafiltrate for rinsing, reducing operating costs and ensuring paint quality.
