PRESENTATION

The line of Reverse Osmosis Systems LAFFI WATER was designed using water purification technology that uses semipermeable membranes, where a pressure higher than the osmotic pressure is applied, allowing the removal of different types of molecules and salts present in the water, serving the majority applications in industrial processes.

The water obtained by the Reverse Osmosis process results in a high-purity water free of salts, since the osmosis membrane has a retention capacity of up to 99% of the salts dissolved in it, this is a process of proven reliability.

Generally elaborated from projects, these systems are minimally composed by pretreatment, cartridge filter, permeation system, pressure indicators, flow and quality of produced water, energy panel and automatic control controlled by CIP with HMI and built-in system. chemical cleaning and disinfection.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

HCL and NaoH for membrane regeneration - estimated period of 3 to 6 months;
Replacement of the membranes for 3 to 5 years or when the decrease in flow / efficiency in relation to the project is identified;
Pre-treatment indicated: Pre-filtration of Suspended Solids - Bag filter; Cartridge filter; Zeolite filter; Sand / Chlorine Filter - Charcoal filter or Sodium Metabisulfite / Oxidized Iron Dosage - Zeolite filter.
