Filtro Magnético Laffi Filtration

The line of Magnetic Filters (Magnetic Trap) LAFFI FILTRATION , was designed for applications in the food, cosmetics, chemical, oil & gas and hydraulic circuits to retain metallic particles generated during the preliminary processes.

 

Magnetic internal elements of high attractiveness promote the retention and capture of these materials.

They are mainly used in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical and oil industries.

SURFACE FINISH

  • Stainless steel

Shot blasting with stainless steel microspheres;

Sanitary polishing when required.

PROJECT DATA

  • Design and manufacture according to ASME VIII - Div I;

  • NR-13 documentation, when required;

  • Pressure class: 10 kgf / cm2.

CONNECTIONS

  • ANSI B16.5 flange - 2 "~ 12";

  • TC - When required;

  • DIN - When required;

  • SMS - When required.

CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL

  • Stainless Steel - 304, 316

SEALS

  • Viton - Buna n - EPDM - PTFE;

  • Others, when required.
