PRESENTATION

The line of Filter Elements for Bag Filter LAFFI PARTS are supplied in needle felts in Polypropylene, Polyester and Monofilament Nylon.

They are produced in versions of conventional bags sewn with metal sealing ring or in versions of fully heat-sealed bags with L affiLock sealing ring that ensures airtight sealing providing high efficiency filtration quality.

Available in Needle Felt in Polypropylene, Polyester and Monofilament Nylon in compliance with strict quality standards.
Sewn using special machines and free of lubricants for their construction and standard sealing ring in Galvanized or Stainless Steel.

WELDED BAGS

Exclusive LaffiLock Seal Ring eliminates the possibility of bypass. Available in Needle Felt in Polypropylene and Polyester in accordance with strict quality standards.
Fully heat-sealed construction eliminates the possibility of bypassing through the needle holes in conventional felt pouches.
The Laffi Filtration manufacturing process guarantees a fully welded structure, resistance, flexibility and durability, resulting in a filter bag element with long lasting performance, high efficiency and adequate performance for the most critical applications.

POCKET POSITIONER

Supplied with the Filter, it is recommended to use this accessory in all applications.

The positioner provides a correct installation of the filter bag inside the equipment and avoids the risk of rupture of the bag caused in case of “counter-stroke” (water hammer) of the fluid during filtration (water hammer).
