The LA FFI E-COAT Dialysis Cell Line is used to remove the acid that is continuously released during the electrodeposition painting process.

By controlling and maintaining the acid level inside the ink tank, it guarantees constant pH and conductivity. The removal of H + ions assists in the stability of pH and conductivity in an e-coat / KTL tank, creating conditions so that it is possible to reach the required thickness of the paint layer.

Dialysis cells are equipped with a selective membrane that allows only the passage of acid.
